Firehouse Sportsplex was founded by lifelong baseball and softball enthusiasts Adriana Coronado and David Martinez, whose love for the game is deeply connected to their experience raising five young athletes of their own. After spending countless hours at practices, games, and indoor training facilities, they envisioned creating something different — a space that felt more personal, welcoming, and centered around athletes and their families.
By combining Adriana’s background in hospitality with David’s passion for coaching and player development, Firehouse Sportsplex was created as a family-owned, boutique baseball and softball training facility in the East Bay.

Through guest coaches, collegiate athletes and coaches, professional players, and specialized instructors, Firehouse offers private lessons, camps, clinics, and unique training opportunities that give local athletes access to high-level instruction right here in the Bay Area.
For insurance, safety, and liability purposes, outside instructors are not permitted to conduct lessons, training sessions, or instruction of any kind at Firehouse Sportsplex without prior approval.

This policy applies to coaches, trainers, friends, and family members and includes both paid and unpaid instruction conducted through individual lane rentals, memberships, or guest access. *Team rentals are exempt when instruction is provided by the team’s designated coaches as part of an organized team practice.*
All individual coaching and instruction at Firehouse Sportsplex must be provided by an approved Firehouse instructor or authorized partner. Individuals interested in coaching at our facility must complete our instructor onboarding process, which includes a background check, applicable insurance requirements, and agreement to Firehouse instructor rates, facility rules, and policies.
These requirements help us maintain a safe, professional, and properly managed training environment for every athlete, family, coach, and guest who uses our facility.
Firehouse Sportsplex isn’t your typical indoor training facility. Our boutique, low-traffic training environment is designed to give athletes the space, privacy, and focus they need to get the most out of every session. With convenient remote access and intentionally limited traffic, you can spend less time dealing with crowds and distractions and more time putting in meaningful work.
