Welcome to Firehouse Sportsplex. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, booking services, or visiting our facility, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Misrepresent your identity or information 
• Interfere with the site’s functionality
• Use automated scripts or bots to access or copy content
   

2. Bookings and Cancellations

• Reservations must be made through our website or directly with staff.

Hourly Rental  and Team Rental Cancellation Policy

• Cancel 24+ hours in advance for a full refund
• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable (membership credits are forfeited) 

Elite Player Membership Cancellation Policies

• Cancel 24+ hours in advance for a full lesson credit refund
• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable (membership lesson credits are forfeited)
 

3. Payments

All payments must be made at the time of booking 

• We accept major credit cards and online payment platforms.
• Payment information is processed securely via third-party processors.
   

4. Assumption of Risk

Participation in physical training and sports activities involves risk. By visiting or using our facility, you:

• Acknowledge these risks (including injury or property damage)
• Agree to participate voluntarily and at your own risk
• Waive liability against Firehouse Sportsplex LLC and any affiliates
   

5. Facility Rules

• Follow staff instructions and posted signage
• No cleats, gum, or outside food
• No horseplay; unsafe behavior is not permitted
• Minors must be supervised by an adult (18+)
• Use only your reserved lane(s) and exit on time
• All participants must have a waiver on file

•Failure to follow rules may result in removal or denied entry.

6. Minors

Anyone under the age of 18 must:

• Be accompanied by a parent/guardian
• Have a signed waiver on file before using the facility
   

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including logos, text, images, and videos—is the property of Firehouse Sportsplex and may not be used without written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal data.

9. Limitation of Liability

Firehouse Sportsplex is not liable for:

• Any indirect or incidental damages
• Loss of personal property inside and outside our building
• Site downtime or technical issues
