Welcome to Firehouse Sportsplex. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, booking services, or visiting our facility, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Misrepresent your identity or information 
• Interfere with the site’s functionality
• Use automated scripts or bots to access or copy content
   

2. Bookings and Cancellations

• Reservations must be made through our website or directly with staff.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service cost.
• No-shows will not be refunded, including forfeiture of membership credits for member bookings.
   

3. Payments

All payments must be made at the time of booking or before the session begins.

• We accept major credit cards and online payment platforms.
• Payment information is processed securely via third-party processors.
   

4. Assumption of Risk

Participation in physical training and sports activities involves risk. By visiting or using our facility, you:

• Acknowledge these risks (including injury or property damage)
• Agree to participate voluntarily and at your own risk
• Waive liability against Firehouse Sportsplex and its staff for injuries or losses
   

5. Facility Rules

All guests must:

• Follow staff instructions and posted signage
• Wear proper gear in batting cages and gym areas (No cleats allowed)
• Not engage in horseplay or unsafe behavior
• Supervise minors under the age of 18 at all times
•  Please use only the lanes you have reserved and keep track of your ending time as courtesy to the next appointment. Use of unreserved lanes will result in additional charges to the individual or group listed on the original booking. 
• No gum or outside food allowed in the building.
• All adults and athletes must have a signed waiver on file (all electronically done thru our 

               booking page).

• For safety concerns we ask that all non-participants (siblings/spectators) hangout upstairs in our VIP lounge or wait outside.
•  During private lessons, we ask that parents address all comments and questions after the lesson is complete to minimize interruptions.
• We reserve the right to remove or deny entry to anyone who violates these rules.

6. Minors

Anyone under the age of 18 must:

• Be accompanied by a parent/guardian
• Have a signed waiver on file before using the facility
   

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including logos, text, images, and videos—is the property of Firehouse Sportsplex and may not be used without written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal data.

9. Limitation of Liability

Firehouse Sportsplex is not liable for:

• Any indirect or incidental damages
• Loss of personal property inside and outside our building
• Site downtime or technical issues
   

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
