Unlimited Access Membership - $100 per month -
Membership Includes
- Access to Hitting Lanes & Pitching Tunnel - Maximize your reps with unlimited monthly access! Reserve in flexible 30-minute or 1-hour increments (30 minutes = 1 credit), with a maximum of up to 1 hour per day (subject to availability).
- Account holder must be present at all times for all reservations.
- Access to Gym Area
- Guest Privileges: Members may bring guests for $10 per guest, with a maximum of 3 guests per visit (charged to the card on file).
All guests must have a parent or guardian create an account and complete a waiver prior to participation. - Members may not use their membership or guest privileges to provide coaching, instruction, lessons, or organized training to others.
- Coaching & Instruction Policy
• For insurance and liability reasons, outside instruction is not permitted, including parents, family members, friends, teammates, or private coaches—paid or unpaid—during any member booking, guest visit, or lane rental.
• Unlimited Access Memberships and lane rentals are for personal training only and may not be used to coach or instruct others. Guests may participate but may not receive instructionfrom any unapproved individual.
• Anyone wishing to coach at Firehouse must complete the official instructor onboarding process, including rate agreements, background checks, insurance requirements, and policy compliance. Please contact info@firehousesportsplex.com for more information.

Membership Terms
- Monthly Fee: $100
- No Long-Term Commitment: Cancel anytime with at least 7 days’ notice prior to your next billing date.
- Auto Billing: Memberships are billed monthly via auto-debit, beginning on your sign-up date.
Billing & Credit Policy
- Memberships are billed on the day you enroll and renew monthly on that same date.
- Members may book up to 1 hour per day (equal to 2 credits per day).
- Unused credits do not roll over and expire at the end of each billing month.
Membership Cancellation
- Membership Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before your next billing cycle.
- Requests must be made by email or phone.
- It is the member’s responsibility to cancel their membership.
Booking Cancellations & Attendance
- Cancel or reschedule at least 4 hours in advance
- No-shows or late cancellations incur a $15 fee
- Late arrivals do not extend booking time

Billing & Credit Policy
Auto Billing: Memberships are billed monthly via auto-debit, beginning on your sign-up date.$200 per month, billed automatically. Your membership is billed on the day you join, and continues monthly on that same date. Each calendar month, you’ll receive 4 credits to use for your 4 (1 hour) lessons.
-Example: Join on April 15th—receive 4 credits for April. On May 1st, a new set of 4 credits will be issued, and so on each month.
- Unused credits hold no cash or refundable value
- If you anticipate being away (holidays/vacations/injuries) and are unable to use your credits, we recommend cancelling your membership in advance to avoid unused credits expiring.

Lesson Bookings, Lesson Cancellations & Attendance
- Lessons are booked by you, based on Coach David's posted availability in Swift, first lesson must be booked through Coach David, please contact him.
- Lesson cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to receive a full credit refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours or no shows will not be refunded including forfeiture of membership credits for member bookings.
