Membership Includes
- Access to Hitting Lanes & Pitching Tunnel - Maximize your reps with unlimited monthly access! Reserve in flexible 30-minute or 1-hour increments (30 minutes = 1 credit), with a maximum of up to 1 hour per day (subject to availability).
- Account holder must be present at all times for all reservations.
- Access to Gym Area
- Guest Privileges: Guests are not permitted. This membership is intended for personal training use only meaning (you may only train your child/ren)
Coaching Restriction: Members may not use their membership to provide coaching, instruction, lessons, or organized training to others. For insurance and liability reasons, outside instructors are not permitted to conduct lessons, training sessions, or instruction of any kind at Firehouse Sportsplex without prior approval. This policy applies to all individuals—including family members, friends, or coaches—and covers both paid and unpaid instruction, regardless of whether access is through lane rentals or memberships.
All coaching and instruction must be provided exclusively by approved Firehouse instructors or authorized partners.

Membership Terms
- Monthly Fee: $100
- No Long-Term Commitment: Cancel anytime with at least 7 days’ notice prior to your next billing date.
- Auto Billing: Memberships are billed monthly via auto-debit, beginning on your sign-up date.
Billing & Credit Policy
- Memberships are billed on the day you enroll and renew monthly on that same date.
- Members may book up to 1 hour per day (equal to 2 credits per day).
- Unused credits do not roll over and expire at the end of each billing month.
Membership Cancellation
- Membership cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before your next billing cycle.
- Requests must be made by email or phone.
- It is the member’s responsibility to cancel their membership.
Booking Cancellations & Attendance
- Cancel or reschedule at least 8 hours in advance
- No-shows or late cancellations will incur the full session fee:
• $30 for a 30-minute booking
• $55 for a 1-hour reservation
- Late arrivals do not extend booking time ( Anyone going over their reserved booking time will be charged for the additional time at full retail value)

Your membership is billed on the day you join, and continues monthly on that same date. Each month includes 2 credits for 30-minute private lessons and 4 lane credits (30-minute increments), allowing up to 2 hours of lane time.
-Example: Join on April 15th—receive 4 credits for April. On May 1st, a new set of 4 credits will be issued, and so on each month.
- Unused credits hold no cash or refundable value
- Hitting lane credits and unused lessons do not roll over.

Lesson Bookings, Lesson Cancellations & Attendance
- Lessons are self-booked by the member through Swift, based on Coach David’s posted availability. Each Friday, Coach David sends a text to all members notifying them that his schedule has been updated and is ready for booking.
- First lesson must be booked through Coach David, please contact him.
- Lesson cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to receive a full credit refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours or no shows will not be refunded the lesson credit and will incur a $30 dollar fee.
- If Coach David needs to cancel a scheduled lesson, a lesson credit will be returned to the member’s account.
- If you anticipate being away (holidays/vacations/injuries) and are unable to use your credits, we recommend cancelling your membership in advance to avoid unused credits expiring.

Team Membership
Varsity Team - 8 hrs per month for $1,000 month
(2 hours of practice weekly)
We offer two hitting lanes (12' wide x 42' long), and full access to our gym—all included with your rental. The hitting lanes can be used for a variety of activities, including pitching, hitting, catching, fielding, throwing, and speed/agility training. Each lane is equipped with a hitting tee and a combo pitching screen for front toss. A pitching machine is available upon request. Our retractable lanes allow you to customize the space to fit your specific training needs.💥

Please Note:
- The pitching lane is not included but if available teams can rent it.
- Balls are not provided—teams must bring their own.
- Teams must submit proof of insurance before rental and add 'Firehouse Sportsplex LLC' as a certificate holder.
- Each player must have a signed waiver on file before participating in any activity.
- No cleats allowed—please wear turf or tennis shoes
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations with 24+ hours’ notice may be rescheduled or credited toward a future date.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
- No-shows will be treated as cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and are non-refundable
- All unused credits will expire at the end of each month and hold no refundable value.
