Remote Access for Silver, Gold, & Platinum Members & Teams
Remote Access Guidelines
Remote access is available to active Firehouse members only.
Access:
- Reservations must be made by phone (no online bookings).
- Upon arrival, please call us and we’ll remotely unlock the door. At the end of your reservation, call us again and we’ll lock it for you. Do not lock the door yourself.
- The account holder must be present at all times.
Guest Policy:
$10 per guest, maximum of 3 guests. All guests must have a signed waiver on file and be listed on your reservation.
Reminders:
- You may hear noise or music from upstairs tenants — this is normal.
- Turn all lights ON at the start of your session and OFF before leaving.
- Leave all areas and equipment as you found them. Damages or missing items will be charged to the card on file.
Note:
Any policy violations, including those observed on camera, may result in revoked membership or remote access privileges.
