Your Training Space
- Please review our facility policies carefully before your visit to familiarize yourself with how the facility operates. We are a partially staffed facility and provide guests with remote access. Enjoy private access to your reserved lane—or the full facility—during your scheduled booking, booking hours are from 8:30 am - 8:30 pm, 7 days a week.
- For safety and monitoring, cameras are installed throughout the entire facility.
🔑Remote Access Instructions
• Facility Access: We are a partially staffed facility and provide guests with remote access. Staff are typically onsite during lessons, camps, and group events.
• Parking: DO NOT block the two driveways to the left of the building.
• Reservations are required (no walk-ins available)
• Arrive 3–5 minutes early
• Please call Adriana: 707-654-5652 to unlock the door
• Turn on ALL lights (2 switches to the left at entry, 1 in pitching tunnel)
• Equipment & Pitching Machines: Balls and extension cords are located near the desk along the hooks.•The baseball pitching machine uses regular baseballs.• The softball pitching machine MUST ONLY be used with Marv Balls (foam balls). These are stored in the black zippered bag on top of the softball machine.
• Use only the area(s) included in your reservation, use of any area not included in your reservation will be automatically charged to the card on file.
• Feel free to connect to our grey bluetooth speaker “Little Miss Dynamite” (located on the front counter)
• Restroom is upstairs—please turn lights on/off
• When finished: return balls where you found them, turn off lights, and close the door (do not lock it!)
• Call Adriana to have her remotely lock the door
IMPORTANT FACILITY & PARKING RULES
- Shared Building: Firehouse Sportsplex is located in a shared building. You may occasionally hear normal residential noise or music from the upstairs unit.
- PARKING: Please DO NOT block the two driveways to the left of the building. Vehicles blocking any driveway are subject to towing at the vehicle owner’s expense.
- Minor Supervision: Minors under the age of 18 must never be left unattended. A responsible adult must remain present and actively supervise minors at all times.
- Respect Our Neighbors: Please do not allow children to bang on walls, stomp, jump, or create unnecessary impact noise, particularly while using the upstairs area.
- Lights: Please turn ALL lights ON when you arrive and ALL lights OFF before leaving the facility.
- Equipment & Cleanliness: Please leave all training areas, equipment, and common spaces as you found them. Customers are responsible for damaged, lost, or missing equipment, and applicable charges may be applied to the card on file.
