We are a remote Access Facility – How It Works

Firehouse Sportsplex offers a partially staffed, remote-access experience to give athletes and their families maximum flexibility.

🔑Remote Access Instructions

• Reservations are required (no walk-ins available)
• Arrive 3–5 minutes early
• Please call Adriana: 707-654-5652 to unlock the door
• Turn on ALL lights (2 switches to the left at entry, 1 in pitching tunnel)
• Balls are located by the front counter.
• Use only the area(s) included in your reservation, use of any area not included in your reservation will be automatically charged to the card on file.
• Feel free to connect to our grey bluetooth speaker “Little Miss Dynamite” (located on the front counter)
• Restroom is upstairs—please turn lights on/off
• When finished: return balls where you found them, turn off lights, and close the door (do not lock it!)
• Call Adriana to have her remotely lock the door

Your Training Space

Enjoy private access to your reserved lane—or the full facility—during your scheduled booking, booking hours are from 7 am - 10 pm.
For safety and monitoring, cameras are installed throughout the facility.
Train when it works best for you—no waiting, no crowds, just focused, uninterrupted work.

Reminders

You may hear noise or music from upstairs tenants—this is normal.
Turn all lights ON at the start of your session and OFF before you leave.
Leave all areas and equipment as you found them. Any damaged or missing items will be charged to the card on file.

Policy violations—including those observed on camera—may result in revoked membership/s, or loss of remote access privileges. Card on file will be billed.

Facility Guidelines

Follow all staff instructions and posted signage
No cleats, gum, or outside food
No horseplay or unsafe behavior
Minors must be supervised by an adult (18+)
Use only your reserved lane(s)
All participants must have a waiver on file
Failure to follow rules may result in removal or denied entry

Pitching Machine Safety & Reservations

• The pitching machine may only be operated by an adult age 18 or older.
• We offer a Yeti Mound 1 baseball pitching machine and 1 softball Jr. Hack Attack

No Outside Instructors & Coaching

For insurance and liability reasons, outside instructors are not permitted to conduct lessons, training sessions, or instruction of any kind at Firehouse Sportsplex without prior approval. This includes family members, friends, or coaches, and applies to all instruction—paid or unpaid—using lane rentals, memberships, or guest privileges.

All coaching must be provided by approved Firehouse instructors or authorized partners.

Individuals interested in coaching at Firehouse must complete the instructor onboarding process, including background checks, insurance requirements (if applicable), and compliance with instructor rates and policies.

Enforcement

To ensure fairness, safety, and compliance with insurance requirements, violations may result in loss of guest privileges, additional instructor fees, or suspension or termination of membership without refund. Repeated violations will not be permitted.
