Hourly Lane Rentals

• Cancellations must be made 24+ hours in advance for a full refund
• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable (membership credits are forfeited)
• Maximum 4 participants per lane (no team practices)
• All participants must have a waiver on file
• Late arrivals do not extend booking time
• Use only the lane(s) reserved and exit promptly at the end of your booking
   

• Cancel or reschedule at least 4 hours in advance
• No-shows or late cancellations incur a $15 fee
• Late arrivals do not extend booking time
• Guest Policy: $10 per guest, max 3 guests, charged to the card on file
• Memberships are intended for personal training use only
• Members may not use their membership or guest priviliges to provide coaching, instruction, lessons, or organized training to others

• Parents are asked to save questions and feedback until after lessons to avoid interruptions and support athlete focus
   

For insurance and liability reasons, outside instructors are not permitted to conduct lessons, training sessions, or instruction of any kind at Firehouse Sportsplex without prior approval. This includes family members, friends, or coaches, and applies to all instruction—paid or unpaid—using lane rentals, memberships, or guest priviliges.

All coaching must be provided by approved Firehouse instructors or authorized partners.

Individuals interested in coaching at Firehouse must complete the instructor onboarding process, including background checks, insurance requirements (if applicable), and compliance with instructor rates and policies.

To ensure fairness, safety, and compliance with insurance requirements, violations may result in loss of guest privileges, additional instructor fees, or suspension or termination of membership without refund. Repeated violations will not be permitted.

• Follow all staff instructions and posted signage
• No cleats, gum, or outside food
• No horseplay or unsafe behavior
• Minors must be supervised by an adult (18+)
• Use only your reserved lane(s)
• All participants must have a waiver on file
• Failure to follow rules may result in removal or denied entry
   

• Reservations are required (no walk-ins)
• Arrive 3–5 minutes early
• Call or text Adriana at 707-654-5652 to unlock the door
• Turn on lights (2 at entry, 1 in pitching tunnel)
• Equipment is located near the front counter
• Use only the area(s) included in your reservation
• Optional music via Bluetooth grey speaker: “Little Miss Dynamite” found on counter desk
• Restroom is upstairs—please turn lights on/off
• When finished: return equipment, turn off lights, close the door
• Call or text again to lock the door remotely
