 Coach Mindy has been immersed in competitive softball since the age of 8, excelling as both a pitcher and third baseman. Her talent and dedication led to numerous ASA National Tournament appearances, and at just 14 years old, she joined the prestigious 18U Sorcerers. Over her 10-year travel ball career, Mindy trained under renowned pitching coach Rich Balswick, a mentor to many successful Bay Area pitchers.

Mindy began her collegiate career at Midland College in Midland, Texas, where her outstanding performance earned her NJCAA All-Conference honors and helped lead her team to the NJCAA Division I World Series. With multiple scholarship offers on the table, she ultimately chose the University of Mobile on a full athletic scholarship. Despite suffering a severe shoulder injury during her sophomore year that ultimately ended her collegiate career, Mindy continued to demonstrate the resilience and determination that defined her playing career, earning NAIA Academic All-American honors.

Following her collegiate career, Mindy entered the corporate world, but her passion for softball and developing athletes never left her. In 2024, she made the decision to leave her corporate career and pursue coaching full time, with the goal of building a career as a professional pitching coach. Since making that transition, Mindy has dedicated herself to helping young athletes develop their skills, confidence, and love for the game.

As a pitching coach, Mindy emphasizes the fundamentals that create successful pitchers: spin, mechanics, stamina, and mental approach. She believes that every athlete is unique and takes a personalized approach to training, tailoring each athlete’s development plan to their individual needs. Mindy’s training emphasizes establishing strong mechanics and building stamina before progressing to increased velocity and movement.

Mindy has also served as a 12U head coach for the past three years with organizations including Athletics Mercado and Universal Bay Area. In 2026, she was selected to represent Region 10 Pacific at USA Softball’s All American Games in Oklahoma City, where she coached her team to a third-place finish among some of the top young athletes in the country.

Today, Mindy continues to pursue her passion for developing the next generation of softball players. She currently serves as the pitching coach for the 18U Gold Universal Bay Area and works with athletes ages 8–20. Her mission is to help pitchers become not only better athletes, but also more confident, disciplined, and resilient young women both on and off the field.

Coach David grew up playing both baseball and soccer, and his passion for sports has only deepened as a proud father of three daughters and two stepsons — all actively involved in local travel teams and youth soccer. 

With years of experience coaching youth soccer and softball, Coach David is dedicated to helping athletes of all skill levels grow both on and off the field. He specializes in private lessons for baseball and softball (hitting, catching, fielding, and baseball pitching), as well as strength and conditioning. 

Known for his patient, motivating, and engaging approach, Coach David strives to make a lasting impact on every athlete’s development.

Coach Fish is an assistant softball coach at Saint Mary's College with over 20 years of experience in the game. She began coaching in 2017 and has worked with athletes of all ages through private instruction, travel softball, and the collegiate level.

A former standout first baseman at Montana State University Billings, Coach Fish graduated as the program's all-time leader in career home runs and putouts while earning multiple All-GNAC and All-Region honors. She later returned to her alma mater as a collegiate coach, helping lead the Yellowjackets to their first conference tournament appearance in 10 years.

Coach Fish is passionate about building strong fundamentals and helping athletes gain confidence both on and off the field. She offers pitching, hitting/slapping, and fielding lessons for athletes ages 12 and under, with a person-first coaching approach tailored to each player's goals.

Coach Pete grew up in Vacaville, California, where his love for baseball started at just two years old with T-ball. From an early age, he consistently played above his age level, competing three years up beginning at age five and joining Fortune Baseball at just ten years old. The game came naturally to him, setting the foundation for his future as both a player and coach.

His baseball career continued at the collegiate level, where he competed across three different levels of college baseball. He began at Santa Rosa Junior College, continued at Clarke University in Dubuque, Iowa, where the team earned a national ranking, and later competed at the NCAA Division II level with the  Academy of Art University.

For the past three years, Coach Pete has dedicated himself to coaching and player development. His experience includes coaching at the collegiate level at Santa Rosa College and helping operate a training facility in Pueblo, Colorado, where he further developed his coaching philosophy and training approach.

Coach Pete has worked with athletes ranging from six years old through the professional level, focusing on developing confident, fluid, and fundamentally sound players. For the past two years, he has continued that mission through PT3 Fundamentals and Field Fluid Academy, bringing his passion for the game and player development to athletes at every level.
