Fastpitch Fridays is where competition meets community!

Every Friday, pitchers, catchers, and hitters from all over the Bay Area come together at Firehouse Sportsplex to face off in live pitching sessions.

Batters step in for five pitches at a time, then rotate while pitchers and catchers switch out — keeping the energy high and the reps nonstop.

These live sessions are designed to give athletes real-game experience — seeing different speeds, spins, and styles — while training in a fun, competitive, and supportive environment.
