Fastpitch Fridays is where competition meets community!

Every Friday, pitchers, catchers, and hitters from all over the Bay Area come together at Firehouse Sportsplex to face off in live pitching sessions.

Live Pitching Format
Each group participates in a 1.5-hour live pitching session featuring two hitting lanes running simultaneously. Pitchers rotate every 10–12 batters, allowing athletes to see multiple arms while hitters face live counts for a true game-like experience. 

These live sessions are designed to give athletes real-game experience — seeing different speeds, spins, and styles — while training in a fun, competitive, and supportive environment.

Whether you’re looking to sharpen your timing, face new pitchers, or reconnect with teammates, come to the Firehouse to improve with every rep!

***Due to limited space, parents and spectators are asked to sit upstairs in our VIP lounge or wait outside***
