Terms & Conditions for Events

All participants must have a signed waiver on file prior to participating
A pitching attendant is not included
No bats, helmets, or protective gear included
No food or drinks are allowed on the turf. Food and beverages are permitted on the gym mat area or upstairs only
A $175 cleaning deposit will be charged separately (refunded within 24 hours if there are no damages)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
