• All participants must have a signed waiver on file prior to participating
• A pitching attendant is not included
• No bats, helmets, or protective gear included
• No food or drinks are allowed on the turf. Food and beverages are permitted on the gym mat area or upstairs only
• A $175 cleaning deposit will be charged separately (refunded within 24 hours if there are no damages) 
• We ask that food is kept to something easy such as pizza. (Think simple to minimize accidents)
• 2 folding tables and benches are available for use 

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
